As a result, the device is a great choice for people who want reliable voice recording without all the extra bells and whistles.The Pearlcorder S713 is compatible with standard 60- and 90-minute microcassettes, though it also offers a second speed that extends the total recording time to three hours (on a 90-minute tape). When activated, the variable-control voice actuator waits until it hears a sound to start recording, and then shuts off during a prolonged period of silence.
