The GPX C3943CT personal CD player supports audio CDs, plus CD-R/RW discs. With a generous forty-second anti-shock system, plus the AROS anti-rolling system, it is possible to use the player while running, biking or riding in a car. The six-digit LCD screen displays all pertinent information. The digital headphones include an in-line volume control making it possible to change the volume while sitting across the room or bed. The twenty-two track programmable CD memory provides the option of creating an individual play list. With the bass boost system, sound quality is much-improved, helping to counter the bass-low characteristics of headphones. GPX has included an AC adaptor in the kit, providing an alternative to battery power. Other features include: hold, resume, intro scan, repeat and random. I miss my CD player... : (.......2002-12-12

Not too long ago I got this cd player and I was coming home from a trip and as I walked in my front door, I dropped it on our tile front entry-way. I was soooo mad cuz I broke it!!! This is a totally awesome player!! It's cheap and it works great-the bass is much better than most!! The color/design is totally awesome, and the sound adjustment on the cord is totally convenient!! (that's what I miss the most) so I've come online to order a new one and decided to write a review. I will warn buyers though that the picture is slightly decieving cuz the silvery trim is actually more of a see-through milk white color.(which I like better anyways) Also if you buy one, be extra careful with the headphones when you put them on... they aren't as sturdy as most. and I didn't think about it but it does eat up batteries pretty quickly- but I liked it a LOT > so I really don't care!

this cd player is D rated material. for one, the battery life is extremely short. about 5 hours on a pair of fresh duracell batteries. that ranks it to a B-. another thing is the sound. about average. thats a C+. then theirs the anti skip. it barely works. all in all, D.

When my cd player broke I looked for a new one and found this which works great my favorite features are the hold, esp, and bass boost system. I've dropped it a few times and it still works. Even my friends think it looks cool and gives very good sound with the right earphones.

Decent CD player for the price I paid for it. Headphones are of no use....you would need your own to listen to music. ESP works pretty well in my car. Color will need some getting used to :) I dont see it that much myself. Buy it if you have a cash crunch, for real quality go for Sony or Panasonic.
