Equally appropriate at home or in the office, the FA970 provides two separate mailboxes and can accommodate either one or two phone lines. Total recording time is nine minutes, and each incoming messages receives a time/date stamp. You can easily screen calls or access messages when you're away from the machine; you can even set the ringer to "toll saver", which prevents long distance charges accruing for friends and family when you're out. The FA970 includes a one-year warranty covering parts and service.

I found the unit to be everything that it was advertised to be. The set-up was easy and very self-explanatory.

Though the sound quality was not perfect, it was clear and acceptable. I, especially, like the remote options. Also, checking your messages is a breeze.

As I stated, the machine is a good value, and I would recommend it if you are looking for an inexpensive answering machine that is reliable and easy to use.
