    The KX-TC1431 transmits on the 900 MHz band, the most popular high- frequency telephone band; signals transmitted on this band are more energetic than the 49 MHz band used by older cordless phones, resulting in improved sound quality and greater range. Panasonic's Sound Charger Plus noise reduction technology provides additional clarity, and 30-channel auto scanning selects the best channel.

    The KX-TC1431 offers a good selection of convenient features. A lighted handset keypad with big buttons makes dialing easy, even at night.
