The new Fabric Watch feature improves the monitoring capabilities of key fabric and switch elements by allowing you to establish threshold settings for various measurement values and counters that will trigger notifications. The Remote Switch feature enables two FC Switches to interconnect across an ATM wide area network. The Extended Fabric feature supports FC Switch interconnections at distances up to 70 kilometers.
