Recently bought the Altra Highboy.I needed something to hold my TV in a viewable position,hold phone books and some magazines that I intended to read in the future.The room used in is the kitchen.It did the job,is attractive and functional and also economical.It's also well designed.Robert T

This items was exactly as I'd hoped; a taller unit to fit my son's TV as well as his video game systems and accessories. Sturdy, strong, classic look. Very nice addition to his room.

A well-designed, inexpensive solution if you need a stand for a relatively modest space. It tucks nicely into orners and works on the diagonal too, so the screen can be seen from a wide angle. Assembly was easy (one screw-driver, one rubber hammer useful), the finish is stylish, and it is on castors so you can move for cleaning and vacuuming. For the money,you really can't go wrong.
