The biggest problem with this keyboard is that key travel is not smooth. Over time, you will notice more and more friction as you type, resulting in numerous typos as well as untyped letters.

I have reverted to a G4 style M7803.

Slim but not touch-friendly.......2007-05-08

I bought this keyboard as an alternative to my MacBook Pro's keyboard. What I found was that it is not nearly as nice to the touch as the MacBook's keyboard is. The keys on the MacBook are soft to the touch and easy to type on. I find that this USB keyboard is much more difficult to type on. Often I press a key and it doesn't register so I have to go back and retype, resulting in many typos that need to be corrected. My fingers actually get tired trying to push so hard on the keys to ensure that they "take."

Most Apple products are phenomenally designed and built. I'm a little disappointed with this keyboard. What is nice about it is its small size. It doesn't take up a lot of room on my desk.

Randomly doubles up letters .......2007-05-01

I thought I was going bonkers and maybe myy fingers suddnenly got extra heavy. Not only has my typo rate gone way up on this keyboard but I get random double letters, which I've left in this review so you can see. I turned off the keyboard repeat feature altogether and itt still happens. There are a few other complaints about thhis issue here, so I don't feel alone. I'm going to return it for another brand, maybe MacAlly or Logitech. Even if I could return it and get one without all the "bonus" letters, I find the keyboard very uncomfortable and cramped, which I suppose causes the extra typos.

This keyboard is inexpensive and very pleasant to use. I plug it into my macbook to enhance comfort while typing. Highly recommended!

A new Apple keyboard.......2007-03-23

I have had my computer, an Imac for three years. While conducting an important
project, I spilled a tiny bit of a soft drink on my old keyboard. Of course, it fried and died. I couldn't
do much with it. I shopped for a week looking for a new one. I decided to see what you have on Amazon.com. I found a new
Mac. keyboard on your website and bought it. Now my Apple has the feeling to it that had when
I first got it.
Did I mention the price was lower than the retail stores?

Might not thrill audiophiles but for someone who just wants more volume then the laptop provides it works just fine. It is light and easy to transport. I use it for presentations where sound from the laptop was not loud enough in a large room and it works great.

I cannot believe the large sound from this tiny speaker. I love the flexibility of it and the sound is SO MUCH better than my everex speaker. If you need a laptop speaker this is the one to buy. It is very portable and kinda cool looking!

Very good speakers. Except.
I use them with PowerPoint with small groups. The volume is OK but I bought a second unit and found the computer would only run one speaker at a time.

The speaker provides average sound. I was disappointed because I was expecting more. It often crackles when the volume is turned up.

Unless your laptop's soundcard is not working, or your speakers are barely hearable I wouldn't recommend this. Odds are your laptop does as much as these speakers.

It is well built, looks resistant and it does a decent job. Do not expect very good quality.

I like the sound of mine so much I bought one fo my friend for his birthday. It's not super loud but you can listen to music from your mac, with good quality. Just plug it into your USB port. My friend loves his too. He uses his all the time. Great for travel.

I really thought the reviews for this item were probably a little over-blown, but the speakers have proven me wrong. As someone who primarily uses their laptop on the go, I have been looking for a set of small, easily transportable, decent sounding speakers. These fit into all three categories. I am pleasantly surprised by the fullness of the sound that they put out. If you're strictly an audiophile, you'd be better off investing in a good set of Bose headphones, but if you need something to quickly and efficeintly plug and play so other people can hear what is on your laptop, then you won't find a better buy for your money.

It was a gift to my daughter and she was thrilled! We were all amazed at
the "out of the box" design and think that the folks at JLab need to expand and create a whole lot of new "out of the box" stuff to make life
easier and more efficient! And, the speaker sounds GREAT!

Very happy.......2007-04-05

After my carpal tunnel became no longer ignorable, I made some major changes to my work space, one being the purchase of this keyboard. I love that I can split it in the center and raise either end. It works well with my Apple iBook and I was delighted to find I could use it with my HP Pavillion laptop as well.

Only 4 stars because if I bump it, the arch in the center can flatten somewhat despite being locked. I find I have to reposition it every once in a while.

Overall very pleased.
