The Fujitsu ScanSnap fi-5110EOX is a sheet-fed color image scanner. It interfaces via a USB 2.0 port, is compatible with an USB 1.1, and can scan at speeds of 0.5 pages per minute in excellent mode. Its super-fast one step function digitizes two-sided documents in a single pass, to scan up to 15 pages per minute. Scan jobs are efficient since the ScanSnap automatically recognizes and deletes blank pages even when scanning combinations of one and two sided documents. Worry-free installation is enabled because of its Hi-Speed USB 2.0 interface, and the compact design saves valuable desktop real estate. Its affordable price tag and one-year limited warranty make this an ideal investment for any home or office environment.

Good but the TWAIN driver is missing.......2007-02-23

It is a good machine, but the TWAIN driver is not available. So my computer guy told me that I cannot integrate it with my other software. I probably have to sell in on EBAY.

Fujitsu ScanSnap Scanner.......2006-03-20

This has proven to be a wonderful addition to my desk. It makes sending documents by email fast and efficient. I am also able to scan and send documents directly to an online filing vault. It is quick and easy. I would highly recommend this item to everyone. Best purchase I have made in a long time!

We have this scanner at work and it is the best I have used. Ths software is easy to use as well. This thing does everything. It reads front and back of pages, it can handle large documents. Easiest scanner I have ever used and best quality. Love this scanner.

This product seems to be a godsend for our office. We have a lot of paper, and we get more in here every day. The Scan Snap very quickly will scan both sides of the paper (faster than your average laser printer can print them out). It creats pdf files from these that are easy to move around and rename to fit your organization's organization. THe only problem that we have been having is that paper often misfeeds. It tends to pull the paper in one direction and then jams. Clearing jams is easy and quick, but it is still a bit annoying. Overall, this is a great product and I would highly recommend it for any office to help in digitizing. It also makes a great system for scanning documents to send via email.

I cannot be happier with this product. I have been able to get rid of so much paper with this scanner, and it's easy and fast to use.
