Great for scanning 35mm Slides.......2007-03-02

I had a great experience using this scanner for archiving and getting images online. If you need to get your 35mm slides scanned and organized, this is all you need. Great for the price, but the tech support wasn't very impressive in my experience.

I used it for all my old 35mm film.......2006-09-02

I bought this about a year ago brand new and used it for all my old 35mm film. I just liked how you could scan a entire roll of film without having to cut it up into strips like a typical flatbed scanner...sure it may take a little time, but once you get it going you can just go off and work on whatever else...now i am glad to say that i have digital copies of all my film.

Jams - No Support.......2003-12-02

I've used this product less than 6 times. Now it's eaten my film and refuses to relinquish it. I've written to their support. NO REPLY! It was 4 frames etc. Everything was within their specs, but crunch. From them? NO HELP! Skip this piece of junk! Now I have a scanner that might as well be a boat anchor, and they don't care!
