Even without "Por una cabeza", this can be the CD for the people who want to know who Gardel was.He was the king of tango, and this CD shows it.

Not for the purist Gardel fan........1999-06-27

The disappointing thing for this avid Gardel fan was discovering that only 13 of the 40 songs are actually sung by Gardel himself. Those, however, are terrific. But had I known I would get 27 recordings by other artists, I would not have purchased this CD.
