If you want to know where it's at, ask the young people of today. You know who I mean: the beautiful people who come out at night in the hotspots of the world. They've seen it all, they're impressed by nothing. Been there, done that. But from Moscow to Madrid, New York to Johannesburg, Prague to Portland, they'll tell you the same thing: you can't argue with a good beat. Daniel Crommie understands this, and so much more. Daniel Crommie (or "El Americano", as he is called here in Caracas) is fluent in the language of the beat - that second international language that's spoken so often as a prelude to the first. But don't take my word for it - turn down the lights, turn up the volume, and listen for yourself.
