About the Artist
The CD features Eddie Guthman playing just about all of the instruments except the percussion instruments and low D whistle. The compositions are all written by Eddie. He is a multi instrumentalist who considers the acoustic bass his primary instrument. He's done a zillion gigs with lot's of famous musicians but is most proud of his family...wife Karen and daughters Roxann and Kaya. He has been the music director at Happy Valley School in Ojai, California for the past 15 years where he has developed one of the top high school music programs in the country. --This text refers to the Audio CD edition.

This CD contains original compositions with instruments from around the world featuring the Cittern as the center piece. Other instruments include the guitar, mandolin, acoustic bass, congas, tablas,thumb piano, tingklet(from Bali), electric guitar, electric bass, and low D whistle.

At times it sounds Middle Eastern and meditative, at other times it has a brazilian groove. Some of the music has been used by Outside T.V. in various documentaries. In short, this is good music! --This text refers to the Audio CD edition.
