About the Artist
Giovanni Di Stefano was born on June 7, 1945 in Termini Imerese, Sicily, Italy and emigrated to the United States in 1968. Singing has always been a part of his life since he was a young boy. He sang professionally in New York and the Midwest. He was very popular and widely known in Milwaukee, Wisconsin while singing with the Sicilian Serenaders where he was featured as vocal artist in the 1970's.

Settling in Milwaukee, Wisconsin he married his wife Liz, and together they opened DI STEFANO'S PIZZA PALACE. They raised four children - Salvatore, John Paul, Laura, and Marisa.

With singing in his heart, he dedicates these love songs to his family, friends and music lovers around the world!

This is a great CD of the best of Italian music.......2004-08-28

Our Italian family owns just about every Italian CD under the sun. It's funny, this CD title says "You've tried all the rest,now try the best." That's us! Seriously, this really is one of the BEST CDs we ever bought because it features such a wide variety of Italian songs. It has just the right mix of classical, retro and fun Italian music. And the price is right. We highly recommend this CD for great listening pleasure. We played it during a big Italian engagement dinner and our guests loved it. Bellissimo!
