Rare Singles on this one!.......2002-10-17

Although this is yet another compilation of Decca material, there are Peggy's "singles" recordings of "He's A Tramp" & "Siamese Cat Song" that are not from the "Lady & The Tramp" soundtrack. If you're a Miss Peggy Lee fanatic (like me), you gotta have this disc just for these 2 rare tracks.

Perfect sample of PEGGY during those years.LOVER has never been better in it's uptempo version that really delivers.There is even songs that kids can enjoy here.The first time one hears the voice of PEGGY LEE it's always some kind of schock.Later when you get to know her better, you find out that there is only one like her.PEG has a way with ballads;she literally whispers them to you.PEGGY LEE has seen it all during her long career;it's the voice of someone who has lived and it shows in a deep moving way.
