About Troy Cory Only a truly great performer can win out trying to interpolate a melody, for a lyric, while performing for musical video clip or an hour long television show. Many of the special occasion songs you'll hear in this album, were written and recorded in the countries where Troy filmed and video taped portions of the video clips, you can now purchase and view on a DVD or VHS player. Troy's ongoing television series is a culmination of over 12 years of music and cinematography, recorded, filmed and video taped in London; Munich; Nashville; Jackson, Mississippi, The People's Republic of China; Hollywood; Switzerland; Italy; France; Holland and the real country, Worcester, England. In 1988, Troy was the first American recording/television artist to perform concerts in China, (20,000 per show)- and the first to be allowed to sell record and music videos. Over 300 million viewers watched his shows weekly These far away locations, set to Troy's soothing' style, then edited with special effects and dramatic episodes, have been perfected into a unique video clip television series. All of the musical sound tracks used in the show are found in this four volume RadioPlay record set. The Troy Cory Shows are musical video clips within a feature 1/2 hour or one hour long television show, e.g., the murder mysteries, "Disappointment Diaries" and "To Kill With a Song" or the two musical video clip television shows, "To Catch a Song" and "R & B Plus" as seen on television screens throughout the world. The Troy Cory Show features not only Troy but other popular American singing stars such as Jeffrey Osborne; George Duke; Rockwell; Beau Williams; Freda Payne; Janice Marie Johnson; Kenny G; Timmy Thomas; Nona Hendryx; Sam Butera; Jackie Corrigan; The California Goodtime Band and Dennis Weaver. All of the performances are available on DVD.
