In 1988, Troy was the first American recording/television artist to perform concerts in China, (20,000 per show)- and the first to be allowed to sell record and music videos. Over 300 million viewers watched his shows weekly These far away locations, set to Troy's soothing' style, then edited with special effects and dramatic episodes, have been perfected into a unique video clip television series. All of the musical sound tracks used in the show are found in this four volume RadioPlay record set. The Troy Cory Shows are musical video clips within a feature 1/2 hour or one hour long television show, e.g., the murder mysteries, "Disappointment Diaries" and "To Kill With a Song" or the two musical video clip television shows, "To Catch a Song" and "R & B Plus" as seen on television screens throughout the world. The Troy Cory Show features not only Troy but other popular American singing stars such as Jeffrey Osborne; George Duke; Rockwell; Beau Williams; Freda Payne; Janice Marie Johnson; Kenny G; Timmy Thomas; Nona Hendryx; Sam Butera; Jackie Corrigan; The California Goodtime Band and Dennis Weaver.
