3 out of 5 stars For the Hardcore Armstrong fan.......2006-03-20

Since this is really the only Armstrong live CD recorded when he was truly in his prime, it is a must buy for serious fans of Armstrong, live music, or Jazz. The first 3 cuts "I Cover The Waterfront" "Dinah" "Tiger Rag" are particulary great--you really get a sense of Armstrong's charisms and chops.

The sound quality is very uneven, ranging from acceptable to bad. Some of the songs are just not listenable.
