As a kindergarten teacher, I know that all children respond to music no matter their level of learning. LollipopRock is a creative collection of songs that is sure to entertain while inspriring creativity -- older kids can learn how fun it is to make up their own words to familiar tunes.

My two-year-old loves this CD! What's even nicer is it's one that as a mom I can actually enjoy listening to over and over (how often does that happen?!). The lyrics are entertaining and the music and tunes are catchy. I think LollipopRock will make a great baby or birthday gift!

I love to collect children's books but hadn't anticipated getting excited about children's music just yet! However, I discovered that I love this CD and have since purchased several copies (from the lollipoprock website before it was even available here) to give to my friends with young children. I personally recommend tracks 1, 3, 8, 11, and 13 - "My New Baby," "Crawlin' Around," and "I Said Thank You" are the ones that I have a tendency to sing around the house. It's fun for kids, of course but there's another level. Adults I've shown it to get a kick out of actually recognizing the music and getting the in-joke that comes from knowing most of the original lyrics! I definitely recommend it for parents interested in singing along with their kids' CDs or as a gift for music-loving kids.

My 4 year old loves this CD, so much so that when he took it to his preschool for "sharing" he came home happy that his friends loved it, too, but puzzled as to why they all didn't already know the words. Obviously we play this one a lot, but it's still as fun as when we first listened to it, and that's saying something...

This CD has the same idea as the first LollipopRock volume--to take hit songs and put new lyrics to them that make the songs fun and friendly to kids. This volume deals with issues such as learning to ride a bike, getting in trouble, facing fears, heroes, taking a bath, and others. It's a fun album that the grown ups in the house won't dread listening to--in fact, you might find yourself dancing along with the kids if you aren't careful...
