This is an album of classic children's songs. It is the first album of music for children by BrianBoy. BrianBoy, a name affectionately given to Brian by one of his grandmothers, is actually a classical musician in a symphony orchestra. The inspiration for making this album came from the desire to perform these songs in an exciting, humorous, fun, and sometimes beautiful way, so that children, along with their parents and caregivers, would find continual enjoyment, even after many listenings.

    Just love this tape. I've wasted so much money and time looking for suitable childrens music...I'm so happy we received this tape as a B-day present for my 5 yr old. The song are beautiful performed and the music is so upbeat and "danceable"! Hoping there will be a second tape sometime soon?!?!

    I frequently give BrianBoy tapes and CD's as gifts to friends with small children and as baby shower gifts. The music is fun and zippy. Kids love these tunes and seem to really like the way BrianBoy records and performs them. The CD's contain the words to the songs and I enjoy sitting with my nephews and letting them sing along and read the words. A fun CD at a good price, in my opinion. I just bought 5 to have on hand for kids birthdays, friends baby showers and other gift needs. I hope BrianBoy comes out with a second CD some time, as our kids have this one completely memorized.

    I've known Joey Val and his music for over 20 years. Whether he's playing with an electric or acoustic band he always adds a layer of melody and rhythm that enhances the mix. I didn't know he played all the instruments on these tracks until I read the liner notes. The kid's stuff is good, but the depth of the rest of the songs surprised me. The more I listen, the more I enjoy this CD. Tony Baglietta
