Singer/Songwriter, Patty Horn, from Tucson, AZ specializes in children and family music. She has released 5 CDs to date since 1994. All collections are original lyrics and music by Patty Horn.     I agree totally with the dude that reviewed it before me.Oxymoron is the best punk to come along in a long time.I highly recommend this record to anybody who loves punk and hates preppies.

    This is a fantastic album, with some of the best Oi!/Street punk I've heard since Dropkick Murphys. If you like punk, you'll love these guys. Their sound is incredible, and they blow most American bands out of the water. Should the masses request this kind of music, OXYMORON would give pop groups something to fear. I highly recomend this.

    Want some real punk you good charlotte, simple plan, and blink 182 kids? Then this is it. Far far from the corporate giant MTV these guys are what punk's about. This is a CD that must be owned by anyone who says they listen to punk. Bands like Good Charlotte, Simple Plan, The Ataries, Bowling for Soup, All American Rejects, MEST and Blink 182 aren't punk, they are pop-rock and are WAY over produced and suck live. These guys rock both in and out of the studio. This is what punk music should be. Not "I lost my girl, and I'm thirty and still wacking off, and this is the anthem throw all your hands up" crap that you poseurs think is so punk. Get some REAL punk. I'm not telling you what punk is, but what it isn't is GC, S41, SP,B182 and the crap list goes on. Oxymoron should appeal to fans of The Virus, The Discarded, and The Casualties. A must buy!!!!

          I thought that Raven kicked ass, and after I heard this album I thought that they still kicked ass, a little more commercial than the previous works, but still a great metal album! Rock Dogs rock on!

          Most Raven fans will be quick to call this the worst piece of crap that these guys put out. After a few listens I disagree. True, it doesn't have the raw power or force of their Megaforce stuff, but this was a band trying to do something different. "Sell Outs"? Yes, but when compared to former labelmates, Metallica's, recent output of crap, I'll take this one anyday. I wouldn't put this at the top of the list at all, but songs like "Hyperactive", with the synth/horn/guitar lick, and "Youngblood" still rock. They could've left off the lame version of "Gimme Some Lovin" though.

          Raven sucumbed to record companie's pressure and completely sold out. This is the first album of this phase, and the result is that they started to go downhill forever after this lousy CD, who tried to copy the Glam-metal fever that spread through America in the mid-eighties. Horrible.

          Raven as far as I'm concerned pulled off the impossible on this one....they sold out..AND IT'S STILL GREAT! More melodic, more produced but it still rules. And no matter what people say, it's still heavy. Nightmare ride, rock dogs...*** kickin'.

          I am a fourth grade teacher. We have been studying about the desert and it's flora and fauna. Patty's albums have been a great way to teach the children in a fun way! Her songs are superb and very informative, not to mention catchy! As a teacher, I would highly recommend all of her albums to teachers and parents as an addition to your child's music collection!
