About the Artist
Joe Guida is the Singing School Bus Driver, a real school bus driver singing a collection of children's favorites made popular by singing on his bus. For over thirty years Joe transported thousands of children to school from their homes. Each day, while driving his school bus, Joe sang children's songs to his young audience. The kids enjoyed participating with Joe, his songs allowed them to pretend, make sounds, count numbers and act silly!

Over the years, his songs have become school bus classics, such as "Hit The Bump Joe (Hit The Bump)" , "Slap Clap Yahoo", "Let's Pretend", "Turkey Strut" and "Song of Sounds".

In December, Joe Guida will release his holiday smash "Cookies and Milk For Santa Claus", an original christmas song featuring Cody Pennes. This soon-to-be classic was featured on the WPLJ Scott and Todd Morning show.

Joe Guida still performs each day and continues to interact with children. Joe Guida is currently performing in the Northeast area at local schools and libraries. Joe has also performed at retail outlets, Border's Books and Noodle Kidoodle.

I bought this cd for my nephews and i must say that their recall of the music and lyrics was pretty astonishing. i believe this cd is not only educational but a lot of fun for the kids. i've recommended it to many many people. great work!

Awesome CD for Children!.......2004-04-26

I received this CD as a gift and now use it ALL the time in the car for my 2 year old son. The songs are so cheery and he loves to dance along to them. His favorite is My Special Chair. My favorite is Daddy, Do You Love Me? The little girl in the vocals is so sweet!
We also have a TV/DVD player set up in the back for him and many times asks for JOE instead of Elmo or Thomas The Tank Engine. Now that is saying alot! Great job Joe! Keep up all the good work!

It's about time I found a good children's CD that my daughter wants to listen to more than once. I actually haven't bought a new CD in a year.

The Singing Bus Driver by Joe Guida is great music for young children. I have a four year old son and worked with kindergarten through second grade boys all summer. Joe's songs were on these little guys lips all summer. The tunes were catchy and the movement songs were great fun at morning assemblies. This CD is a must for parents with young children, teachers, camp directors, or youth coordinators that wants to make music fun for their kids.

I was looking for a CD that would keep my son's attention and from word of mouth, I heard about Joe Guida. His songs were innovative and for once, kept my son interested. This CD should be in every parent's home. A must buy!

GREAT CD FOR MY 2 GIRLS AND ALL YOUNG CHILDREN!!!.......1999-06-22

My 21/2 year old was singing "Hit the Bump Joe" while my 5 year old was reciting the exact words to "Daddy do you love me"!!! This CD is great for me especially while I am trying to cook dinner. I put on the CD and the girls just go to town! They tell me how much they love it! I think it also teaches them to feel different feelings that are needed for the growth of a young persons mind, especially in this day and age. I am looking forward to any new CD's from Joe Guida, especially since they are educational as well as fun!!! Thank you Joe!!!

Thanks to Joe Guida I can finally take a breath of fresh air while listening to his loveable kids songs. If you're a parent and need a rest from the songs you've heard 1000 times, here's your answer. Every child should grow up singing these tunes. Thank you, Joe, from me and my daughter.

Finally,a CD both fun and educational, for young children........1999-06-03

This CD has helped my wife and I add another method of teaching to our youngest children. The songs are easy for them to understand and more importantly, convey seriuos issues. Two songs really had an impact on my wife and I. "God didn't make two things alike" and "My special chair" made us realize how important it is to raise bright, rational children in a society where everyone in some ways feels they are different, especially children with "physical challenges". This "Special chair" song sent my wife into tears with the thought of many children with disabilities who feel ignored by artists and generally the public. The CD is perfect for ALL families who wish to entertain their children and friends with catchy tunes, and classy old-fashinoed morals. I personally can't wait for " The Singing School Bus Driver" sequel. Neither can my children, their classmates and not to be forgotten, loving parents.
