This third collection of VeggieTunes contains songs from three videos from the popular VeggieTales: Madame Blueberry, King George and the Ducky, and Esther: The Girl Who Became Queen. As from the beginning, the songs are usually written by the show's creators Phil Vischer and Mike Nawrocki, and illustrate a surprising range of musical tastes. Endearing ballads such as "Thankfulness" and "The Battle Is Not Ours" are mixed with rap ("Salesmunz Rap"), classical ("Stuff Stuff, Mart Mart"), and even a yodeling song ("The Yodeling Veterinarian of the Alps," a bonus song from the The End of Silliness video). With smart themes and witty lyrics, the songs have always been a strong favorite of the Christian-lite gang. Of course, there's plenty of wackiness with "Silly Songs with Larry," including "Endangered Love," which showcases Nawrocki's witty lyrics (can you think of many words that rhyme with "manatee?").
