About the Artist
Cherie Call has been writing music since she was fifteen. She has won multiple Pearl Awards from the Faith-Centered Music Association and was recently selected from among 750 applicants to be one of 12 new performers at the highly acclaimed Kerrville Folk Festival in Kerrville, Texas. She and he husband, Joe, live in Utah.

Cherie Call excells once again.......2007-01-18

I've known Cherie since junior high school in Arizona. We always joked that she would be famous one day, well here she is again, on Amazon and other retailers with her talents. This CD is wonderful and shows Cherie's talent at writing, playing and singing her own music. Each song tells a story, and each story is worth listening to.

What I love most about Cherie's music is that all the family can listen to and enjoy it. I also feel that this is the kind of music that provides a good example to young people of what a musician can be.

My favorite tracks on the CD are #7 (Names), which talks about the numerous names of God and how his is truly in our lives; and #9 (Delivery) which is about an unmarried mother's decision to give her baby up for adoption and how it affects both families. What touching and amazing messages are expressed in these songs, and all of the songs on this CD.

This CD is worth owning, as are all of Cherie Call's CDs. If you don't have them all, get them, give them as gifts and tell your friends about the music of Cherie Call.

I just love this CD. It is so soothing yet has a good beat, and it also has great insights on what's really important in Life. The song "She" reminds me of my mother-- It speaks of people who are beautiful because of what's good in them, not what they look like on the outside.
