Few singer-songwriters debut in such a magnificently assured way as Ben Glover does with 26 Letters. Blessed with abundant talent, the 22-year-old Glover packs his first release with intelligent pop, contemplative balladry, and an insightful maturity well beyond his years. The guitar-driven pop of "Too Many Miracles" and "Dancing with Cactus" will remind some of Steven Curtis Chapman. Is the comparison valid? You bet. Producer Brent Milligan also should get credit for this brilliant debut, as he balances Glover's emotive vocals against a backdrop of crafty guitars and keyboards. Along with the likes of Chris Rice and Andrew Peterson, you can call Ben Glover one of Christian music's brightest young talents. --Michael Lyttle

    A friend gave me this CD among others as a christmas gift and I didn't listen to it for about a month but was pleasantly surprised when I did! Ben Glover has an excellent voice and the words of the songs are just beautiful. My favourite being the title song 26 letters but all of them are really good, easy Christian listening. I've been telling everyone about this CD since I've listened to it.

    I just saw Ben GLover open up for Mark Schultz, and I can say he does NOT disappoint. His songs are well-written and he clearly has the passion in his voice. Go ahead and give this new guy a try- you won't believe how good he is.

    What a powerful new artist. I first heard Ben Glover when he opened for a Mark Schultz concert. As soon as he got off stage I ran out of the auditorium and bought his CD at the table in the entrance. There's just something about his music that I don't see in most of the Christian artists today. He's got a real sincerity, a true love for the Lord. When I got the chance to meet him after the concert I could sense that he had a strong relationship with the Lord. If you only buy one CD this year, buy this one. I especially liked the song "26 letters". Great CD! I pray Ben Glover keeps his eyes on the Lord and doesn't stray from the path.

    This is a wonderful collection of songs. Ben is a talented singer, songwriter, and musician. The songs on the album span a variety of styles sure to please any CCM fan. The song "26 Letters" is already getting radio play on Christian stations, and I believe "Stolen By Mercy" won't be far behind! I found Ben's music to be along the same lines as Steven Curtis Chapman, Geoff Moore, and Mark Schultz. If you like any of those artists (and even if you might not), you'll surely enjoy this CD.
