It's clear from the highly energetic opening ska-punk riffs and rambunctious horns of the O.C. Supertones that Moms Like Us Too is some kinda wonderful for hip kids who are hyped to rock for Jesus. A truly alternative collection of Christianity-inspired alternative pop, Moms is visited by the bouncy dance beats of Joy Electric, the guitar-bass-drums indie rock of Pep Squad, the amiable guitar pop of Fold Zandura, and the genre-busting fusion of spaced-out rockers Bon Voyage. Then, too, there's the in-your-face punk holler of the Dingees and Plankeye and the swingin' horn-driven retro wail of bands One Eighty and Swing Praise. Fans of the more "out-there" bands of the WOW series will dig this harder-edged God rock, and you may just have to hide it from Mom. That, or get her her own copy! --Paige La Grone

Really great christian alternative disc.......2005-03-28

If you're looking for something different from the usual christian music, this is for you. A great compilation of artest of the perriod that rocked harder than a lot of nonchristian bands that survive today. Be sure to check out "Angel." That song is amoung my favorites on the disc.

A pretty cool compilation.......2001-07-28

There are a few bad songs but most of the CD is great. Bands like the tones, the dingees, not for the crowd, and value pac make this album great. Check out 'gain back lost youth' by not for the crowd and 'calm down' by the dingees. Those are the best ska songs ever.

You can't not love this cd!.......1999-11-23

This cd is awesome. When I saw that it had the Supertones and the Dingees, i knew i had to have it. It's AWESOME! I love it! My favorite songs are In Between by the Supertones, Bullet Proof by the Dingees, and The Girl From Rosewood Lane by Joy Electric. There were sooooo many great bands on here that i have never heard of like Not For The Crowd and some others. You won't regret this buy.

I really loved this CD; it is a great way to find out about new groups that you may never have heard of... I now love Project86 and want to get their CD for myself and for a friend. It is SO AWESOME!

This is one of the greatest compliations i've ever bought........1999-07-02

This CD is utterly amazing. I honestly think that keeping all the same bands, the only thing that could've made it any better is if they would've used the Bon Voyage song "Kiss my Lips" instead of "West Coast Friendship"
