This acappella CD brings together new music and styles with the old. It is amazing that these kids are not biologically related, their harmony is melded so well. The arrangement of "Lord of the Dance" is particularly impactful at the point of Christ's death with the use of minor modalities. The old 1800s hymn "Under His Wings" is brought to new life with LordSong's tight harmonies. Only once on the CD did I wish I could hear the bass tone in the harmony. I hope other listeners will enjoy this CD as much as I do.

This recording is Awesome. Kim Ruppe Lord has truly found a group that will have a wonderful impact on Southern Gospel music. The music is Southern Gospel with a new twist. Not only will the traditional Southern Gospel Music lover appreciate the tight harmonies,but the newcomers will love the new sound being portrayed. The use of background vocals is great. There is even a song, "Live to Tell," that uses advanced technology with wonderful success. I have been a fan of the smooth alto sound of Kim Ruppe for sometime. I felt, like many others, the anguish when news arrived that she would be leaving The Ruppes. But, to my delight, LordSong has quickly became one of my favorites. There CD has yet to leave my car's stereo. Thanks Kim for letting God lead you for your decision will truly be a blessing to many!

I love this CD! I just found out about this group on a Mark Lowry DVD and fell in love with their music. Reminds me of The Martins, tight harmony, uplifting music and yet does not stray from the message they have.
