Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Simply Awesome.......2003-11-25

I found Ted & Sheri by accident, and had only heard one song on the CD. I took a Leap of Faith and ordered it... It has become one of my favorites. Both Ted and Sheri have wonderful mastery of their gifts, the songs are fresh (some evoke a Stevie Wonder-like feeling), and the orchestrations tight and well-performed. But most important, it's all spirit-filled and uplifting. Listen to "Your Day" and try to stay in a bad mood!

4 out of 5 stars My, My, My I love Sheri and Ted!.......2003-03-15

This CD is a blessed project. I thoroughly enjoy listening to this duo. If you don't have it, you owe it to yourself to add it to your collection posthaste. The more I listen to it, the more I like Sheri. Thank God for her. This is not to slight Ted in any way. I am drawn to their music by the fervor of her singing, and the intensity she adds to her offering. In addition, she sounds not only persuaded but also convinced about the message she shares. Above all, I must state that #11 is a great song and an added bonus occurs (from Sheri) somewhere around 3:40, whooooh, it almost made me wreck my car; it had to be the anointing for the Holy Ghost took my steering wheel!! I pray that God continues to bless them both, and Sheri you are now a personal favorite of mine-and I mean that thang fo'sho!

5 out of 5 stars Annoited to Sing.......2003-01-26

I had the opportunity to hear Ted & Sheri sing live last summer at the Potter's House. And I must say they took my breath away. There are so many new artist coming out and some of them are truely gifted but not all of them are annointed. You should check them out.

5 out of 5 stars Awesome duo.......2003-01-23

There are certain people or groups or choirs that you have to hear live to really appreciate the anointing that is on their lives. Honestly, sometimes it's hard to do that when you're just listening to a CD. I'm not talking about saying "man they're really anointed". I'm talking about really appreciating the call that is upon their life. Ted&Sheri are awesome! In my previous review I probably said some things that read the wrong way. I was in no way implying that Ted could not sing. What I should have said that the album did not do Ted&Sheri justice. These two need a live album! You hear that record company?! A live album! Listen, these two tore my church up the whole week they were there. "Come Ye Disconsolate" is a song that will never grow old and with these two behind the mike......whew! These are anointed minstrels of God. Ok, the album is pretty good. My favorite song is of course "Come Ye Disconsolate". My favorite musical track is "My Protector". The groove to this song is funky funky funky! Sheri does her thing on "Stronger" and "The Best Is Yet To Come". That girl can sing! Good Lawd! Ted ain't a slouch himself. This guy can blow. Hearing them live just does wonders for the believer. The anointing really fell when they began to sing. I want a live album next time out! Other songs to check out are "Good to Me" (Tight), "When You Pray", "I'll Be Thinking of You", and "Thank Him". These two blend extremely well with each other and really feed off of each other. It's a pleasure to listen to and a pleasure to watch also. Think Bebe&Cece with more range and more vocal acrobatics. Be Blessed

5 out of 5 stars Come Ye Disconsolate.......2002-12-17

THIS SONG IS AWESOME!!

I, like another writer, just recently heard this song on the radio. Why weren't the radio stations playing this sonner? I feel like I've been under a rock or something!

I am having the hardest time finding the cd in my area. My aunt found a store that carried it, but they sold the last one MINUTES before she walked in. UNBELIEVABLE!

If any of you know where I can find it locally, PLEASE REPLY! I've gotta have it. Thanxx!
