I love this meditation! I use if frequently to keep me centered and in focus. John's voice is soothing and the content of the meditation never gets old. It's the best use of 25 minutes I have found.

IT WAS EXTREAMLY DIFFICULT TO LISTEN TO THIS CD AS THE MUSIC.......2000-03-25

COMPETED SO MUCH WITH THE SPOKEN WORD. I wouldn't be able to reccomend this for bed time at all as you have to listen SO hard to hear the words that it becomes very "unrelaxing". However if you chose to listen to this during the day this would probably work for you.

I enjoyed and relaxed with this CD but thought that the music and narrator competed with each other - it's hard to concentrate sometimes.Overall, I think it's good and the affirmations are very encouraging.
