Lexi is amazing! And this album is 2 years old and I still find it amazing...especially I'm a Winner and Conversation. Anybody who thinks Gospel Music isn't up to date needs to hear this girl.
She has anointed lyrics, great grooves and what a voice. Please Lord bless her ministry to reach out to young and old alike.

Lexi is very talented I love her voice it's beautiful.I remeber her first album Call Her Lexi.With her up lifting songs You Gave Me Love and I Been Thinking.Now she's back with a powerful message to the world with her new album Lexi And That's The Way It Is.She's blessed and God is really using her.

"Lexi...and That's the Way It Is," is a stellar CD. From the first track to the last I was amazed at the growth in Lexi's voice and the diversity of the styles of this work. Sure it's contemporary. Sure it has a soulful/hip-hop beat, but Lexi can touch you from your heart to your feet. I was picked up by tracks like "Higher" and "I'm a Winner". I was lead to think about choices I make with "Conversation." And my heart was touched when I heard "Love Enough." Not only does Lexi shine, but her guest ministers of music are amazing, and her callobrative partners in writing these songs were clever and annointed. I won't lie, it had been a while since I purchased a Gospel CD, but I hunted for this CD when it came out, and was not disappointed at all. If your looking for a wonderful time in God, with a talented rising Gospel-Diva, then this is a must have.

This girl is anointed and appointed to fulfil the will of God. I recommend this album for anyone. Plus she's even better live Lexi keep up the good work. Peace!

I feel that traditional music has been excluded and that the pure message of the gospel has been diluted way too much. This does not take away from the talent of this artist but I think that my comments will give the readers something to think about.
