    I have quite a few gospel and religious albums, and this is my favorite. Bing sings these hymns in a traditional style with a wonderful and humble softness in his voice. It's like he's in church singing with the choir, not just performing on a record. I only wish there were more tracks. I'm desperately searching for more albums like this one.

    Track 10 is "Peace Prayer Of Saint Francis".

    Bing sings these 10 hymns with reverence & emotion.
    Worth every cent.
    The sound is not the best but you are buying HISTORY here.

    For those of you who enjoy hymns, as I do, you will undoubtebly love this CD. From "All Hail the Power," to "What a friend We Have in Jesus," to "Holy Holy Holy," Bing Crosby's majestic voice inspires those who listen to these songs. Even if you really don't love the singing ability of Bing Crosby, I am confident you will greatly appreciate this CD.

    Wow, what an AMAZING voice. I found Sarah quite by accident doing a search for the hymn "Great Is Thy Faithfulness." I found this fantastic album of mostly hymns, which has a gorgeous version of my all-time favorite hymn, "How Great Thou Art." I probably have 8 or 9 different versions of this particular hymn, and Sarah's is now my new favorite. She doesn't get too funky with changing lyrics....yet this version is unmistakably fresh and modern. Love it!

    Roy Clarks music to me is so special. His down to earth approach to hymns with his sweet voice is heart lifting. I so enjoy listening to this ablum when I want to feel inspired, and uplifted. Roy Clark has a voice like no other, and especially when he sings hymns of praise and worship. He has that country and western approach to his gospeb music. I believe this album is a must-have to anyone's collection whether it be christian muic or when he is singing his unique style of country-western songs.

      The world-renowned Westminster Choir and Joseph Flummerfelt along with organists Joan Lippincott and Ronald Arnatt, give absolutely stirring reditions of some of Westminster's best-loved hymns and anthems. I have thoroughly enjoyed listening to this recording over and over again. It serves as a beautiful, musical tribute to the legacy of fine church music at Westminster Choir College.

      I bought this CD for one major reason. It has the song "My Shepherd Will Supply My Need" on it. The reason that song is so powerful to me is that I heard the Children's Choir at the National Cathedral sing it on TV on September 14th, 2001 - the day of the national day of prayer and mourning for 9/11. I wanted to find a version of the song on CD and this seemed to be the only one I could find. If you like choral music though the rest of the CD is great.
